Suzanne-Cyr Special Prize

The Suzanne-Cyr Special Prize, valued at $5,000, allows an artist from New Brunswick to undertake a professional development placement with one of the three member companies of the ATFC in New Brunswick: Théâtre populaire d’Acadie (Caraquet), théâtre l’Escaouette and Satellite Théâtre (both in Moncton). It is awarded to emerging artists or cultural workers who have been working professionally for at least one year and at most 10 years in the theatre sector, across all types of experience. This prize is presented thanks to the generous support of the Congrégation Notre-Dame du Sacré-Cœur de Dieppe (NB).

The recipient of the 2025 Suzanne-Cyr Special Prize will undertake an internship with Théâtre populaire d’Acadie during the 2025–2026 theatre season.
