Annual Report

Since its creation, the Fondation pour l’avancement du théâtre francophone au Canada has awarded more than $880,000 in bursaries to artists from French‑Canadian theatre.

Thanks to these grants, nearly 145 artists were able to bring to fruition a creative or training project, as part of the Foundation’s Awards of Excellence. Through their work, these artists help enrich and energize their communities, by sharing the expertise and knowledge developed through their experiences.

This invaluable assistance would not have been possible without the generous and steady support of our donors, as well as the commitment of the board of directors, staff and friends of the Foundation, who work together to help showcase Francophone theatre across the country.
