Our Team
The Fondation pour l’avancement du théâtre francophone au Canada (FATFC) is the foundation of the Association des théâtres francophones du Canada (ATFC) and was created in response to its mandate to support the development and promotion of Canadian Francophone theatre in minority communities.
The Foundation is managed by the ATFC team, under the leadership of Katy Raymond.
Lindsay Tremblay-Forestier

In 2010, Lindsay Tremblay-Forestier received the Prix Rideau Technique/régie as well as the Prix d’excellence artistique arrière-scène from Théâtre Action for her work in production management as part of the Projet Rideau Project. Lindsay Tremblay holds a specialized B.A. in theatre with a concentration in arts administration from the University of Ottawa and a master’s degree in project management from the Université du Québec en Outaouais. In recent years she has distinguished herself, among other roles, as an arts events officer at the Centre d’excellence artistique de l’Ontario and as a production and touring agent at Théâtre Catapulte.
Katy Raymond

She
Katy holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Theatre with a minor in Film Studies and worked in production for more than a decade, holding positions in stage management, assistant director, tour coordinator, production manager and producer for various francophone theatre companies in the Ottawa–Gatineau region. She joined the ATFC team in 2019.
Eva Suray

She/Her
Eva holds a master’s degree in communication and digital marketing. With experience in magazine publishing and the cultural sector, she has developed strong expertise in project management as well as in designing and implementing communications plans. Recently graduated from the École des cadres et des dirigeants in Besançon, France, she now puts her skills to work for the ATFC, where she contributes to its development and to promoting inclusive and equitable communications.
France Boily

She
Recognized manager in the cultural sector, France is appreciated for her rigour, her collaborative leadership and her understanding of the challenges facing the cultural sector. With extensive management experience, she works with arts and cultural organizations as a consultant. She has worked, among others, with la Place des Arts du Grand Sudbury, La Nouvelle Scène Gilles-Desjardins, Théâtre Action, l’Association des théâtres francophones du Canada and le Conseil des arts de Montréal. She served as administrative director and co-executive director of Théâtre de la Vieille 17. It was there that she gained her experience in theatre production management. A mentor and trainer, France teaches in the Département de théâtre de l’Université d’Ottawa, of which she is a graduate.
She has served on numerous committees and boards of directors for more than twenty years. She recently completed graduate studies in the management of cultural organizations at HEC Montréal.
Chloé Saulas

Chloé joined the ATFC team in 2023 following contracts with the Fédération Culturelle Canadienne-Française and RADARTS for FrancoFête en Acadie. Originally from France, she came to Canada in 2020 as the Cultural Attaché for the Consulate General of France in Moncton and Halifax.
Previously, she worked in event coordination in various artistic fields (book fairs, European Heritage Days, among others) after earning a master’s degree in Cultural Development Strategies.
Lisa Barbera

She
After earning her Master’s in Management from emlyon business school in Lyon, France, Lisa moved to Western Canada and settled in Vancouver, where she is currently building a career as an actor and producer. Her previous experience in strategy and consulting has given her strong project management skills that, combined with her passion for the cultural sector, have been put to use at ATFC since 2025.
