France Boily
President
Artistic director and co-executive director of Théâtre populaire d’Acadie (Caraquet, NB)
Known as a sought-after mentor, a meticulous manager and a passionate sessional instructor, France has been working as a freelance cultural manager since 2023. Previously, from 2009 to 2023, she was the administrative director of Théâtre de la Vieille 17, where she took on the role of co‑executive director beginning in 2017. It was in these roles that she gained valuable experience in arts management and administration, which complements her background in event management and stage management. For nearly twenty years she has served on numerous committees and boards of directors, including a four-year term as president of the Association des théâtres francophones du Canada. France holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ottawa in theatre and arts administration and is currently pursuing 2nd cycle studies in the management of cultural organizations at HEC Montréal.

Allain Roy
President of the ATFC
Artistic director and co-executive director of Théâtre populaire d’Acadie (Caraquet, NB)
A graduate of the École nationale de théâtre du Canada’s production program, where he also taught for ten years, Allain Roy has a strong background of skills and experience in the theatrical and artistic fields. He has worked as an assistant director and stage manager with numerous theatre companies and has toured across Canada and Europe. He has collaborated with several directors, including Robert Lepage, Martine Beaulne, René-Richard Cyr, Brigitte Haentjens, Denis Marleau, and Jean-Pierre Ronfard, in more than 130 productions.
In 2009, he returned home to Acadia. Since November 2018, he has been the artistic director and co-executive director of the TPA.
Dany Rousseau
Administrator
Dany Rousseau has worked in the arts and cultural sector for more than 20 years. His involvement in theatre productions and in the high school student co‑op led him to become engaged in the arts and pursue a career in arts management. He began at La Troupe du Jour, a francophone theatre company in Saskatchewan, where he served as Administrative Director from 2002 to 2016. Afterwards, Dany joined the team at the Conseil culturel fransaskois (CCF) to coordinate school cultural programming as well as the Réseau francophone de spectacles en Saskatchewan. Since 2020, he has been responsible for project administration and organizational development at the CCF. In addition, his significant involvement in music festivals has given him another perspective on the performing arts. Over the years, Dany has served on several boards of directors, including the Association des théâtres francophones du Canada, the Réseau des grands espaces, Ness Creek Music Festival, the Conseil culturel fransaskois and the Association jeunesse fransaskoise.
Dany is delighted and grateful for the invitation to get involved with the foundation to support the flourishing of Francophone theatre in Canada.
Clotilde Heibing
Administrator
Clotilde Heibing, passionate about theatre and stories told in the dark, lives in Moncton where she has been actively following Acadian companies and artists for nearly 10 years. A marketing specialist, she has applied her expertise across various sectors in Canada. As Executive Director of ANIM, she oversees strategic development, political advocacy and the creation of opportunities for the Francophone music industry in minority contexts.
Clotilde stands out for her visionary spirit, creativity, and ability to bring people together around unifying projects.
Mirana Ravalomanda
Administrator
Holding a master’s degree in communication, Mirana is currently a communications advisor with the Government of Yukon after a stint at ATFC in a similar role. She also worked for nine years at a communications agency as a strategist, then in-house as a communications officer. Eager to have a tangible impact, she continued her career in the nonprofit sector, putting her skills to work for Francophones at TFO. Passionate about the arts and especially writing, she is committed to making words a vehicle for change.
